Common ADHD symptoms in adults:
With psychiatrist oversight and expert support, our program moves you from coping to confident, day-to-day.
Before care
• Hard to start tasks; easy to abandon them
• Constant switching, lost focus, missed details
• Disorganized days and late deadlines
• Racing mind at night; irregular sleep
• “Why can’t I just do it?” frustration and low confidence
• Work, school, and home feel harder than they should
After care
• Easier task starts and consistent follow-through
• Longer focus windows with fewer distractions
• Clear systems, better time sense, on-time more often
• Calmer mind and steadier sleep routines
• More control, less overwhelm, rising confidence
• Tangible gains at work/school and smoother home life
Why Don’t More People Get Tested for ADHD?
Because the barriers are high: many adults don’t recognize their symptoms, past experiences with providers can be discouraging, waitlists often run 2 to 6+ months, and in-person assessments can cost $2,500+ so people delay or give up on getting tested.

A 60–75 min virtual assessment with a clinician, comprehensive interview and assessment, screeners for anxiety/depression, and rule-outs. You’ll get a written outcome (diagnosis or explanation) and a tailored care plan within 24–48 hours. If medication is required, we will prescribe the medication to you at that point. After starting the initial medication, we will schedule a post-treatment follow-up and provide you access to our patient care line for daily support.
Yes, when appropriate. Your clinician initiates a personalized plan (stimulant or non-stimulant) that’s reviewed and approved by our psychiatrist. We provide titration guidance, safety checks, and pharmacy coordination.
Real clinical evaluation (not just forms), psychiatrist oversight on prescribing, and ongoing follow-up. The goal is safe, evidence-based treatment, not trial-and-error.
You’ll receive receipts for extended health benefits; coverage varies by plan. Medications are billed by the pharmacy separately. Care is available to those who live in Canada and are above 18 years of age.
You’ll still receive a clear written outcome with our clinical impression, what likely explains your symptoms, and next steps (e.g., therapy, sleep or mood treatment, or specialist referral). We only prescribe ADHD meds when clinically indicated.
Safety comes first. We review your medical history and meds, check baseline vitals, and choose stimulant vs. non-stimulant based on your risk profile. Doses start low and increase gradually with close follow-up. We monitor blood pressure/heart rate and side effects, coordinate with your family doctor, and order labs/ECG when clinically indicated. If it isn’t appropriate, we won’t prescribe.
Yes, we only treat patients 18 and older.
