Many of the tests included in our Diagnostic Lab Panel Tests are covered by OHIP, so you won't be charged privately for these tests. The price displayed reflects the cost of the comprehensive care package we provide, which includes a virtual care consultation with a Nurse Practitioner, a medical and wellness history review with a Nurse Practitioner, onsite blood draw, personalized results review with a Nurse Practitioner, and a personalized care report with a list of recommendations from a Nurse Practitioner to improve or optimize your overall health. Some Diagnostic Lab Panel Test packages may include tests that are not covered by OHIP, which is why the price per package varies. The total price per package includes the cost of any non-OHIP-covered tests and our comprehensive care package, which is why some Diagnostic Lab Panel Test packages have a higher price point than others. If you do not have OHIP, an additional charge will apply for laboratory testing.
Typically, you can expect your follow-up virtual appointment to take place within 2-7 business days after your sample has been collected. Each Diagnostic Lab Panel Test has a different turnaround time. Prior to receiving your personalized care report, you will be required to discuss your results virtually with our Nurse Practitioner. This report will outline your lab test results, potential risks, recommendations, and next steps to optimize your health.
Many private insurance plans offer coverage for diagnostic testing. We recommend checking with your insurance provider to determine the extent of your coverage. Additionally, our Patient Care Team can provide you with an invoice for the services rendered, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Each Diagnostic Lab Panel Test is designed to target specific health needs or goals. You can review the details of each package on our website to determine which one best aligns with your health concerns. 1. All of our systems (software, hardware and processes) are compliant with HIPAA, PIPEDA and PHIPA. All testing is carried out within a CLIA certified lab, and all test panels underwent rigorous validations as required by CLIA.
2. Before your cheek swab sample is processed, it is de-identified and associated with a unique identification code (barcode). There is no Personal Identifiable Information (PII) associated with your sample when it is processed and analyzed in the lab.
3. Your PII is securely collected via online registration, so there is no PII associated with your sample during shipping. Lab policy is to destroy your sample 6 months after processing. This can be done sooner upon request.
4. Your PII and raw genetic data resulting from the processing of your sample are stored in separate, secure databases. Both your PII and raw genetic data are encrypted in-transit and at rest, and stored on servers within Canada.
***We do NOT sell or share your genetic information to any third party.
Unlike other consumer genomics companies, we ONLY look at a limited number (~80 - 135) of genetic markers specifically related to the test results that we report. Some companies analyze hundreds of thousands of genetic markers and deliver information based on a small subset of them - the vast majority is used for data mining, which makes their data valuable to third parties like big pharma companies for drug discovery.
In Canada, there is a law (Bill S-201 - the Genetic Non-Discrimination Act) which prevents discrimination based on genetic information. Test results are delivered directly to the patient and/or their healthcare provider, and are NOT delivered to insurers/brokers/employers/etc.
The Lifestyle Genetic Test is a comprehensive analysis of specific genes that influence various aspects of our lifestyle, from dietary needs to fitness tendencies. By understanding your unique genetic makeup, you can make informed decisions about your diet, exercise, sleep, and more, tailoring your lifestyle for optimal health and well-being.
The test is simple and non-invasive. You'll receive a kit with instructions to collect a saliva sample. Once you send the sample back in the prepaid package, you can expect your results within 3-4 weeks. Your detailed report will be accessible through a secure online portal.
Even if you already maintain a healthy lifestyle, the Lifestyle Genetic Test can offer tailored recommendations based on your unique genetic profile. It can identify specific nutrient needs, optimal exercise types, potential intolerances, and more. With these insights, you can refine your routine to achieve even better results and prevent potential health issues down the road.
The Lifestyle Genetic Test focuses specifically on genes influencing daily lifestyle choices, such as diet, exercise, and sleep preferences. Unlike ancestry tests that trace lineage, or broad DNA tests that might offer a wide range of genetic insights, our test hones in on actionable data to help optimize daily living for better overall health and well-being.
Your genetic makeup remains constant throughout your life, so there's no need to retake the test. However, as scientific research progresses and we gain more insights into human genetics, we continually update our database and analysis methods. We recommend staying updated with our platform for the latest findings and how they might apply to your genetic profile.
Our test measures 1,000,000+ locations on your genome that have studied and proven significance to your health and wellness.
Our test uses blood as a collection method, due to a higher level of scientific studies supporting the use of blood for this measurement.
Receive a 30+ page report detailing each factor that influences their biological age.
All patients are able to track their labs and health results, and compare their results over time.
Our test's reproducibility is over 99%, meaning testing the same sample will get the same result. Our test is very precise.
Our test is performed at a private, in-house laboratory; with a turnaround time between two and three weeks.
The Biological Age Test is a cutting-edge assessment that measures your biological age by analyzing biomarkers associated with aging at the cellular level. It gives a comprehensive picture of how your lifestyle, environment, and genetics influence the aging process.
You'll learn about your biological age, how fast you're aging, and get insights into age-related risks for diseases, physical fitness levels, and the effects of your lifestyle on aging. This information can help guide personalized strategies to maintain or improve your health.
The test is performed via a simple finger-prick blood draw, which can be done during an in-person visit. The collected sample is then analyzed for specific epigenetic markers linked to aging.
No special preparation is needed. However, it's recommended to be hydrated and to follow any specific instructions provided by the testing center or healthcare provider.
Results are typically available within a 3 weeks after the sample has been received by the lab. Your clinician will then schedule a follow-up to discuss the findings and recommendations.
Yes, alongside your results, you'll receive personalized recommendations based on your test outcomes. These suggestions will focus on lifestyle adjustments, nutrition, and other interventions to help manage your biological aging process.
The TruAge test is designed for individuals who are interested in understanding their aging process in-depth. It is suitable for adults of any age who wish to take a proactive approach to their health and longevity.
The frequency can vary depending on individual goals and circumstances. Typically, it's suggested to retake the test annually or biennially to track changes and the effectiveness of any interventions you've implemented.
We offer 4 different types of tests in a licensed lab following ISO 15189 Accreditation standards in the Province of Ontario.
1. RT-PCR Testing. Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) tests on Health Canada Approved Devices. The RT-PCR test is used for the qualitative detection of nucleic acid from SARS-CoV-2.
2. Lateral Flow (Rapid Antigen) Testing. Antigen Tests are immunoassays that detect the presence of a specific viral antigen, which implies current infection. Antigen tests are less sensitive than RT-PCR tests however they can be used to detect the presence of the virus amongst people who have a high viral load (those who are most contagious).
3. RT-PCR Express Testing. The cost for the Express Test is $350 which is much higher than other testing options. We offer this test for those who would otherwise not be able to have emergency surgery or travel and suggest it be used in these types of situations.

We send results to the email address provided during your appointment booking. For personal security reasons we are not able to share your results with any other email than the one you register with at the time of booking. Please ensure your information is correct at the time of booking. If you have provided an incorrect email contact us at [email protected] so that we may verify you through other means.
We send appointment reminders to the email on file before your reservation. If you do not receive an appointment reminder it means your email was not entered correctly into our system. If you do not receive an appointment reminder please let our Admin’s know at the time of your appointment and we will make the change for you.
We use deep nasal/mid turbinate swab sampling for the detection of SARS-CoV-2. Deep nasal/mid-turbinate sampling employs a slight variance to the nasopharyngeal sampling that has been the source of much discussion about the discomfort of COVID-19 specimen collection. The actual swab used for a deep nasal sampling is identical to the swab used for NP sampling, it is simply not inserted quite as far, so it is less uncomfortable.
Yes, we offer Individual and Corporate packages. Please reach out to [email protected] for information and pricing.
Our sample collection is completed by RNs (Registered Nurses) and RPNs (Registered Practical Nurses) who are trained to perform sample collections on people of all ages. We will conduct tests on all people aged 1 year and older.
Yes, our clinic is wheelchair accessible. If you have any special needs please email [email protected] and we can work with you to ensure we are able to meet your needs.
GLP-1 receptor agonists are a class of medications that work by mimicking the action of a naturally occurring hormone called glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1). This hormone helps regulate blood sugar levels by stimulating insulin release and suppressing glucagon release, both of which contribute to lowering blood sugar. Additionally, GLP-1 receptor agonists slow down gastric emptying, which can lead to increased feelings of fullness and reduced calorie intake, aiding in weight loss.
It's crucial to understand that these medications are not meant to replace regular exercise and a nutritious diet. When prescribed a weight-loss medication, healthcare professionals will typically recommend implementing specific lifestyle changes, such as adopting a balanced diet and engaging in regular physical activity. This approach ensures that you maximize the benefits of the medication while effectively managing or preventing any associated chronic conditions.
We can help you determine if weight loss medication is suitable for you based on your medical history, current health status, and weight loss goals. To qualify for prescription weight loss medication at FH Health, our clinicians carry out a thorough screening process. This evaluation includes verifying specific Body Mass Index (BMI) criteria, ensuring the absence of particular medical conditions, and confirming a history of unsuccessful weight loss attempts through lifestyle modifications alone.
For those who may not be suitable candidates for weight loss medication, they can still benefit from our medication-free weight loss program designed to support their journey towards a healthier lifestyle.
Common side effects of GLP-1 weight loss medications include upset stomach, nausea, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, vomiting, headache, and fatigue. These symptoms are often most pronounced during the initial weeks of treatment and generally subside or disappear as your body adjusts to the medication. Your healthcare professional will establish a suitable dosing schedule to manage any side effects and can make adjustments to your care plan as needed.
More severe side effects are rarer but possible. Serious side effects include:
Dr. Hershberg’s Medical Weight Loss Program costs $699 for 6-weeks or $1299 for 12-weeks.

Using a Health Savings Account (HSA) for weight loss program expenses depends on the specific program and your HSA plan. Generally, if a weight loss program is recommended by a healthcare provider to treat a specific medical condition, it may be considered a qualified medical expense. Always consult with your HSA plan administrator for guidance.
There are no specific foods that you must avoid while taking medications. However, maintaining a balanced diet and following your healthcare provider's dietary recommendations are crucial for achieving the best results from the medication.
The most common side effects of weightlossmedication include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, and decreased appetite. These side effects are often mild and may improve over time as your body adjusts to the medication. If side effects persist or worsen, consult your healthcare provider.
The InBody Body Composition Scan is a non-invasive diagnostic method that provides detailed information about your body composition. It measures muscle mass, body fat, water distribution, and other key health indicators, giving us a comprehensive view of your current health and wellness state.
An InBody Body Composition Scan typically takes around 15-20 minutes. This includes preparation, the scan itself, and a review of the results.
For the most accurate results, we recommend that you avoid eating or drinking heavily within two hours of the scan. Please also avoid exercising or taking a hot shower immediately before the scan, as this can influence hydration levels and potentially impact the results.
The scan gives us valuable data about your current body composition, which allows us to create a personalized treatment plan that addresses your unique health and wellness needs. Regular scans throughout your treatment help us monitor progress and adjust the plan as necessary.
Absolutely, the InBody Body Composition Scan is a non-invasive, safe procedure with no known risks or side effects.
Yes, after each scan, we'll review your results with you, explaining what they mean and how they relate to your overall health and wellness goals.
The frequency of scans will depend on your specific treatment plan. Typically, we conduct a scan before treatment begins, at regular intervals throughout treatment, and after treatment concludes.
While the Body Composition Scan can provide valuable data about your body, it is not designed to diagnose medical conditions. It's a tool we use to better understand your overall health and personalize your treatment plan. Always consult with a healthcare professional for diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions.
Botox refers to a protein produced by the bacterium clostridium botulinum and is commonly used for cosmetic purposes. By blocking the signals from the nerves to the facial muscles, Botox injections cause the muscles to relax, resulting in a reduction in the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines, creating a smoother appearance on the face.
Wrinkle relaxers are a type of cosmetic treatment used to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines on the face. The most common type of wrinkle relaxer is botulinum toxin type A, which is marketed under various brand names such as Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin. When injected into the facial muscles, wrinkle relaxers block signals from the nerves to the muscles, causing them to relax and reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. Other types of wrinkle relaxers may include dermal fillers, which work by filling in wrinkles and fine lines with a gel-like substance to create a smoother appearance on the face.
During your Botox and wrinkle relaxer treatment, you will have a consultation with a medical professional to discuss your goals and medical history. The treatment area will be cleaned, and a topical anesthetic cream or ice pack may be applied to reduce discomfort. The medical professional will then use a fine needle to inject the Botox or wrinkle relaxer directly into the targeted facial muscles. After the treatment, you may experience some mild side effects like redness, swelling, or bruising. The effects of the treatment typically take several days to appear and can last for several months before a follow-up treatment is required.
We use Botox, Dysport, and Nuceiva
It is a common myth that if you start getting Botox or wrinkle relaxer treatments, you must continue them forever. However, this is not true. These treatments are optional, and it is up to the individual to decide if they want to continue receiving them. Some people may choose to receive Botox or wrinkle relaxer treatments regularly to maintain a youthful appearance, while others may stop treatment at any time. Ultimately, the decision to continue or stop Botox or wrinkle relaxer treatments is a personal choice.
The effects of Botox or wrinkle relaxer are not permanent, and the duration of their effects varies for each individual. The treatment typically takes a few days to take effect and can last for several months. However, the duration of the effects depends on the dosage, the treated area, and an individual's metabolism. The body gradually breaks down the Botox or wrinkle relaxer, and the effects eventually wear off, causing the facial muscles to return to their normal state. It is recommended to receive follow-up treatments to maintain the results.
The recovery time for Botox or wrinkle relaxer is minimal, and you can resume your daily activities immediately after the treatment. You may experience mild redness, swelling, or bruising at the injection site, but these side effects are usually temporary and resolve on their own within a few days. It is recommended to avoid rubbing or massaging the treated area for a few hours after the injection to prevent the toxin from spreading to other muscles. The full effects of the treatment typically take several days to appear, and the results can last for several months before a follow-up treatment is required. It is important to follow the aftercare instructions provided by your medical professional to ensure optimal results and minimize any potential side effects.
Yes, there can be side effects from Botox or wrinkle relaxer injections, although they are usually mild and temporary. Common side effects include redness, swelling, and tenderness at the injection site, as well as mild headaches or flu-like symptoms. In rare cases, some people may experience more severe side effects, such as drooping eyelids or eyebrows, double vision, or difficulty swallowing or speaking. These side effects are usually temporary and resolve on their own within a few weeks. It is important to discuss any concerns you may have with your medical professional before undergoing the procedure and to follow their aftercare instructions carefully to minimize any potential side effects.
There is no clear evidence on the safety of Botox or wrinkle relaxer treatments during pregnancy or while nursing, so it is generally not recommended. While the injections are unlikely to cause harm to the fetus or nursing baby, it is better to err on the side of caution and wait until after pregnancy and nursing to receive these treatments. Additionally, some medical professionals may refuse to perform the injections on pregnant or nursing individuals due to liability concerns. If you are considering Botox or wrinkle relaxer treatments, it is important to discuss your medical history and any concerns you may have with your medical professional.
Dermal fillers are a non-surgical cosmetic treatment used to add volume, smooth out wrinkles and fine lines, and improve the appearance of facial features. They are made of a gel-like substance that is injected under the skin to fill in wrinkles and add volume to areas that have lost their fullness. Dermal fillers are typically made of hyaluronic acid, a natural substance found in the body that helps to maintain skin volume and elasticity. They are used to treat various areas of the face, including the cheeks, lips, and under-eye area, to create a more youthful and refreshed appearance. Dermal fillers are a safe and effective alternative to surgical procedures for many people who want to improve their appearance without undergoing invasive surgery.
The recovery period for dermal fillers is typically minimal, with most people able to resume their daily activities immediately after the procedure. You may experience mild swelling, redness, or bruising at the injection site, but these side effects are usually temporary and subside on their own within a few days. Your medical professional may recommend that you avoid rubbing or massaging the treated area for a few hours after the injection to prevent the filler from moving to other areas. It is also important to avoid sun exposure and strenuous exercise for the first 24 hours after the procedure. Your medical professional will provide you with aftercare instructions to ensure optimal results and minimize any potential side effects.
The duration of the effects of dermal fillers varies depending on the type of filler used, the treated area, and the individual's metabolism. Generally, the effects of dermal fillers last between 6 to 18 months before a follow-up treatment is required. Some fillers may last longer, up to two years or more. The longevity of the filler also depends on the amount injected and the individual's lifestyle factors, such as sun exposure and smoking. It is important to follow the aftercare instructions provided by your medical professional to ensure the best possible results and to schedule follow-up treatments as recommended.
Dermal fillers, while generally safe, can sometimes cause temporary side effects. These may include redness, swelling, or bruising at the injection site, which typically subside within a few days. Some people might also experience itching, rash, or tenderness. In rare cases, more serious complications can occur, such as allergic reactions, infection, or the formation of lumps under the skin.
Dermal fillers typically provide immediate results, with the treated area appearing fuller and smoother right after the injection. However, it is important to note that the results may vary for each individual, depending on the type and amount of filler used, as well as the area being treated. Some people may experience mild swelling or bruising, which can take a few days to subside before the full effects of the filler become visible. The duration of the results also depends on the individual and the type of filler used, with some lasting for several months or even years before a follow-up treatment is needed. Your medical professional will provide you with aftercare instructions to ensure optimal results and minimize any potential side effects.
We use Revansse, Restylane, Juvéderm, Teosyal, and Sculptra
While dermal fillers are considered safe for most people, there are certain individuals who may not be eligible for treatment. Those who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have certain medical conditions may need to avoid dermal fillers. People who are allergic to any of the ingredients in the filler or have a history of severe allergies may also not be suitable for treatment. Additionally, those with active skin infections or inflammation in the treatment area should wait until the condition has healed before receiving dermal filler injections. It is important to consult with a qualified medical professional to determine if dermal fillers are right for you.
Dermal fillers can be used to treat various areas of the face, restoring volume, smoothing out wrinkles, and enhancing features. Common areas include the cheeks, lips, nasolabial folds (lines between the nose and mouth), marionette lines (lines running from the corners of the mouth down to the chin), under the eyes, and temples. They can also be used for non-surgical nose reshaping and chin or jawline enhancement.

Infrared Sauna Therapy is a type of sauna that uses infrared light to produce heat, helping you sweat and release toxins from your body. Unlike traditional saunas, which heat the air around you, infrared saunas directly warm your body, leading to a more efficient and comfortable sauna experience. Our infrared sauna is typically heated between 60 to 80°C.
Infrared Sauna Therapy works by emitting infrared light waves that penetrate the skin and heat the body from within. This process increases the body's core temperature, stimulating the sweat glands and promoting detoxification, relaxation, and various other health benefits. The infrared heat can be delivered through panels or lamps installed inside the sauna cabin.
Infrared Sauna Therapy offers several potential benefits, including relaxation, stress relief, detoxification, improved circulation, muscle pain relief, and support for the immune system. Some users also report experiencing better sleep, enhanced skin health, and weight loss due to the increased calorie burn from the higher body temperature.
The ideal frequency of Infrared Sauna Therapy sessions depends on individual preferences and health goals. Some people may benefit from daily sessions, while others may opt for 3-5 sessions per week. It's essential to listen to your body and consult with a healthcare professional to determine the best schedule for your specific needs.
A typical Infrared Sauna Therapy session lasts between 20 and 45 minutes, depending on your experience level and personal preferences. Beginners should start with shorter sessions of around 15-20 minutes and gradually increase the duration as they become more accustomed to the heat. An ice plunge therapy session lasts between 5 to 15 minutes and involves a series of 1 to 3 minute plunges, depending on your experience level and personal preferences.
It's recommended to wear a bathing suit during Infrared Sauna & Ice Plunge Therapy sessions.
It is generally not recommended to bring phones or other electronic devices into the Wet Room due to the high heat and humidity, which could damage the devices. We are happy to lock your devices in a safe place during the duration of your session so you can disconnect and enjoy a digital detox.
Infrared Sauna Therapy is generally considered safe for most people. However, those with certain health conditions, such as heart problems, high blood pressure, or pregnant women, should consult their healthcare provider before using an infrared sauna. It's important to stay hydrated and listen to your body during the session, exiting the sauna if you begin to feel dizzy, lightheaded, or uncomfortable.
Cold plunge therapy, also known as cold water immersion or ice bath therapy, is a technique that involves immersing your body in cold water (typically between 1-3°C) for a short period. It is often used by athletes for recovery purposes and has gained popularity among those seeking various health benefits.
Cold plunge therapy works by exposing the body to cold temperatures, causing blood vessels to constrict, which reduces blood flow and inflammation in the affected areas. Once you exit the cold water, blood vessels dilate, increasing blood flow and oxygen delivery to the tissues. This process helps remove metabolic waste products, reduce muscle soreness, and stimulate the body's natural healing processes.
Cold plunge therapy has several potential benefits, including reduced muscle soreness and inflammation, improved circulation, increased mental clarity and focus, and a boosted immune system. It may also help enhance mood, reduce stress, and improve sleep quality.
The recommended duration for a cold plunge therapy session varies, but generally, people stay submerged for about 1 to 5 minutes. Beginners should start with shorter durations and gradually increase the time spent in the cold water as their tolerance improves.
The frequency of cold plunge therapy sessions depends on individual goals and preferences. Some people may benefit from daily sessions, while others may opt for 3-5 sessions per week. It's important to listen to your body and consult with a healthcare professional to determine the best schedule for your specific needs.
Before cold plunge therapy, it's helpful to warm up with light exercise or stretching to increase blood flow. After the session, gently rewarm your body by wrapping yourself in a towel, dressing in warm clothing, or taking a warm shower. It's also essential to hydrate before and after the session to replenish fluids lost through sweating.
Individuals with certain medical conditions, such as Raynaud's disease, heart problems, high blood pressure, or respiratory issues, should consult their healthcare provider before engaging in cold plunge therapy. Pregnant women and people with compromised immune systems should also exercise caution.
Cold plunge therapy is generally considered safe for most people when done correctly and under appropriate supervision. However, it's essential to listen to your body and exit the water if you begin to feel numb, lightheaded, or uncomfortable. Always consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any new therapy, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions.
IV Vitamin Therapy is a treatment in which vitamins, minerals, and other essential nutrients are administered directly into the bloodstream through an intravenous (IV) drip. By bypassing the digestive system, IV Vitamin Therapy allows for better absorption and higher bioavailability of the nutrients compared to oral supplements.
The benefits of IV Vitamin Therapy can vary depending on the specific nutrients used in the treatment. Some potential benefits include increased energy, improved immune function, enhanced mood, better hydration, faster recovery from illness or intense physical activity, and support for overall health and wellness. It can also help address specific nutrient deficiencies that may be difficult to correct through oral supplementation alone.
IV Vitamin Therapy is administered by inserting a small needle attached to a thin tube, called a catheter, into a vein, typically in the arm. The needle is removed, and the catheter remains in place while the IV bag containing the vitamin solution is connected to the catheter, allowing the nutrients to slowly drip into the bloodstream. The process is usually done under the supervision of a healthcare professional and may take anywhere from 30 minutes to a few hours, depending on the specific treatment.
IV Vitamin Therapy is generally not considered painful. However, some individuals may experience slight discomfort or a pinch when the needle is inserted into the vein. Once the needle is removed, and the catheter is in place, patients typically feel no pain during the treatment. If any discomfort arises, it's essential to communicate with your healthcare provider, who can make adjustments to ensure your comfort.
An IV Vitamin Therapy session typically takes around 30-60 minutes, depending on the type of therapy and the individual's needs. The session will start with an assessment by a healthcare professional to determine the appropriate treatment plan. The IV line will then be inserted into a vein, usually in the arm or hand, and the infusion will begin. During the session, the individual can relax and rest while the nutrients are delivered directly into their bloodstream. After the session, the IV line will be removed and the individual can resume their normal activities.
IM Vitamin Therapy, or intramuscular vitamin therapy, is a treatment that involves injecting vitamins and other essential nutrients directly into the muscle tissue. This method allows for faster absorption and higher bioavailability compared to oral supplements, as the nutrients bypass the digestive system and enter the bloodstream directly.
IM Vitamin Therapy offers various benefits depending on the specific nutrients used in the treatment. Some potential benefits include increased energy, improved immune function, enhanced mood, better hydration, accelerated recovery from illness or intense physical activity, and support for optimal overall health and wellness.
The time it takes to feel the effects of IM Vitamin Therapy can vary based on the individual and the specific nutrients used in the treatment. In some cases, individuals may notice improvements within hours, while for others, it might take a few days to fully experience the benefits. Generally, the effects are felt more quickly than with oral supplements.
IM Vitamin Therapy is generally considered safe when administered by a qualified healthcare professional. However, it's essential to discuss your medical history and any pre-existing health conditions with your provider to ensure that the treatment is appropriate for your needs.
Side effects from IM Vitamin Therapy are generally rare and mild. Some individuals may experience temporary soreness, redness, or swelling at the injection site. In rare cases, people might experience an allergic reaction to one of the components in the treatment. It's crucial to discuss any potential risks or side effects with your healthcare provider before beginning IM Vitamin Therapy.
