Step 1
Book your appointment through our mobile app or website. Same-day appointments available. We are now offering same-day results for all appointments!
Step 2
Once your appointment is booked, head to one of our clinics to receive your test. Remember to arrive at-least 5 minutes prior to your appointment.
Step 3
We will verify your information, collect your sample through a nasal swab and send your sample to our lab for processing
Step 4
You will receive a secure email once your results are ready where you will be able to download a PDF copy of your results.

Mid Turbinate
Our tests are non-invasive, do not hurt and are validated for mid-nasal collection, which means that the swab is inserted less than 1-inch into the nostril. This collection process is more comfortable than the nasopharyngeal collection method that many people attribute to the discomfort and pain often associated with COVID-19 testing.

Nasopharyngeal
Wellness Haus also offers nasopharyngeal collection upon request. A nasopharyngeal test goes deeper into the naval cavity which causes greater discomfort than mid turbinate collection. Some travel destinations require this type of testing. If you would prefer a nasopharyngeal test simply inform the nurse or Admin upon check in and once the test is performed it will be noted in your results.
